Victoria and Chris Pflanzer have been residents of La Mirada for 19 years.  Chris is the President of PRDNA, a public relations and marketing company. Victoria is an elementary school teacher. They have two children.  Christy, 14, is a student at La Mirada High School.  Tori, 10, is a student at La Pluma Elementary School.
